   Proposal Description:
   The clinical and pathological understanding of FTLD syndromes has expanded dramatically, requiring more specific and extensive research data collection. The NIA Alzheimer???s Disease Centers (ADC) program began longitudinal collection of a standardized, AD-focused Uniform Data Set (UDS) in 2005. Now an FTLD specific, supplemental, data   collection ???module??? data collection has been developed and implemented. Data will be stored in the National Alzheimer???s Coordinating Center (NACC) [U01 AG016976] database, and will be available to all researchers
